How do I reset Beoplay H5 and remove all paired Bluetooth devices?

If you want to remove all paired Bluetooth devices or are experiencing issues while trying to connect, you can reset Beoplay H5 to factory settings as described below:

    Fully charge the Beoplay H5

    • Place both earbuds in the charging dock.
    • Connect the included charging cube to a charging adapter, and connect the charging adapter to a power supply.
    • After charging the Beoplay H5 for around 2 hours, proceed to the next steps

    Note: You can use a charging adapter of a maximum of 5V / 3A to charge your Beoplay H5.

    Switch on Beoplay H5

     Remove both earbuds from the charging dock.
     Switch on your Beoplay H5 by shortly pressing the centre button
     The product indicator light will turn white which indicates that your Beoplay H5 are switched on.

    Reset Beoplay H5

    • Press and hold the volume +/- buttons simultaneously.
    • The LED indicator will start flashing red which indicates that Beoplay H5 have been factory reset
    •After resetting you will need to pair your Beoplay H5 to your mobile device again. This means that you need to remove Beoplay H5 from the list of paired Bluetooth devices on your mobile device before adding them again.
