My Beoplay E8 3rd Gen have sound balance issues and do not play at maximum volume level. What can I do?

There can be different explanations for this:

  • The Transparency setting might be enabled in the Bang & Olufsen app. Please disable it to play your music at a normal volume level.
  • Earwax could be blocking the sound. Please see our video instructions on how to clean your Beoplay E8 3rd Gen here.
  • In addition, the mesh filter needs to be cleaned or changed. Please contact our customer care team for further assistance.
