If the light indicator on the charging case is not flashing orange when placing the earphones in the case, please try to to reposition the earphones.
Please note that you may have to remove the large size ear tips.
Moisture may cause the charging contacts to corrode. Make sure to wipe away any sweat or liquid from the earphones and the charging case before charging.
