If you want to remove all paired Bluetooth devices or are experiencing issues while trying to connect, you can reset Beolit 17 to factory settings as described below:

   Fully charge the Beolit 17

   • Connect the included USB-C cable to the Beolit 17 and to a charging adapter, and connect the charging adapter to a power supply.
   • Charge your Beolit 17 for 2 hours and then proceed to the next steps.
   
   Note: You can use a charging adapter of a maximum of 15V / 3A to charge your Beolit 17.

   Switch on Beolit 17

   • Switch on your Beolit 17 by briefly pressing the power button.

   Reset Beolit 17

   • Press and hold the Bluetooth and the power buttons simultaneously for more than 3 seconds. 
   
   This resets the speaker to factory settings, and the speaker will be in pairing mode when you switch it on.
   
   After resetting you will need to pair your Beolit 17 to your mobile device again. This means that you need to remove Beolit 17 from the list of paired Bluetooth devices on your mobile device before adding it again. Learn how to connect Beolit 17 using Bluetooth by clicking here.
