My Beoplay P6 is unresponsive, what can I do to resolve it?


If your Beoplay P6 does not switch on, and the indicator light does not indicate when charging, you can perform a hardware reset.

A hardware reset is triggered by pressing the power and volume up buttons simultaneously for more than 12 seconds.
