Why can't I turn on or off active noise cancellation (ANC) on my Beoplay H8i?

For Beoplay H8i, ANC can only be turned on when Transparency is off. The indicator light turns orange when Transparency is turned on. Ensure that Transparency is in off mode to control ANC.
