My Beoplay E8 have sound balance issues and do not play at maximum volume level. What can I do?

E8b1.pngThere can be different explanations for this: 

- The Transparency setting might be enabled in the Bang & Olufsen app. Please disable it to play your music at normal volume level 

- Earwax could be blocking the sound. Please see our video instructions on how to clean your Beoplay E8 here.  

- In addition, the mesh filter may need to be cleaned or changed. Please contact our service team for further assistance.
