The touchpad is the area around the B&O logo on each earbud, marked J in the picture above. This touch area is always active after the earbud is removed from the charging case. To prevent touching the touchpad unintentionally, we recommend placing the Beoplay E8 3rd Gen in the charging case when not in use. Otherwise, especially during software updates, place them in a position where nothing comes in direct contact with the touchpad. |
