It is important to charge your Beoplay E8 3rd Gen fully before initiating a software update. During the software update, make sure not to place the earbuds in the charging case as this will switch them off and interrupt the software update.
Please also ensure that nothing comes in direct contact with the touchpad on the earbuds as this may stop the updating process.
