Why do I hear a high-pitched noise on one side of my Beoplay H8?

While wearing or fitting your Beoplay H8, we recommend not applying any pressure on the earcups or pressing the side of the headphones against any surface as this may limit the airflow required for the drivers to work normally. 

Please remove Beoplay H8 from your head and put them on again to re-establish the airflow and remove the high-pitched noise. However, if you experience this issue when no pressure is applied to the earcup, please reach out to our customer care team here.
