I cannot connect my Bluetooth device to my Beolit 17 even though they have already been paired, why?

If you cannot connect your Bluetooth device to an already paired Beolit 17, you must try the following:

• Make sure that Bluetooth is activated on your device, that you have selected your Beolit 17 in the Bluetooth device list on your device, and that the connection has been confirmed by your device.

• If you have paired more than eight devices, your Beolit 17 automatically deletes the profile of the device less recently used. However, it may still appear in the Bluetooth device list on your device, but you will not be able to connect it to your speaker until you have paired your device to your speaker again.

• Only two devices can be connected to your Beolit 17 at the time. If you want to connect a third device, you must first disconnect one of the other devices.

• The Bluetooth device may be out of range. Move it closer to your Beolit 17.

• Switch off all other Bluetooth devices within range or disable their Bluetooth functionality, if possible.

• Move your device away from other devices that generate interference, such as cordless phones, microwave ovens or wireless equipment.

• Switch the Beolit 17 off and back on, and pair it with your device again.
