A low battery level can affect the Bluetooth connectivity of your Beoremote One. When the battery warning appears in the display, it is time to change the batteries.
The Beoremote One requires two 1.5 volts (AAA) batteries. Replace the batteries as shown in the Quick guide enclosed with your Beoremote One.
If you are experiencing difficulties controlling your product via Bluetooth, and the display does not show a battery warning, make sure that the TV or speaker that Beoremote One is connected to has the latest software installed. Then press the standby button on Beoremote One while the speaker or TV is in standby to initiate a software update of your Beoremote One.
