Can I set a limit for the sound level on my Beoplay A9 2nd Gen?

Yes, you can use the Bang & Olufsen App to set your preferred limit for the sound level by selecting sound settings on the Beoplay A9 2nd Gen product page.

    Open the Bang & Olufsen app

    • Once the Bang & Olufsen app is open, tap on Beoplay A9 2nd Gen to open the product page. If your Beoplay A9 2nd Gen is not added to the Bang & Olufsen app, learn how to do so here.

    Customise the sound levels

    • Access the sound setting menu. 
    • Scroll down on the Beoplay A9 2nd Gen product page and tap on "Sound settings."
    • Default volume: This is the volume level that Beoplay A9 2nd Gen starts playing at when switched on.
    • Max volume: Sets the maximum possible volume level for your Beoplay A9 2nd Gen.

      Note: The default volume level for Beoplay A9 2nd Gen cannot exceed 60. This is to prevent hearing damage.
