How do I add my product to the Bang & Olufsen App?

You only need to follow a few steps to add your product to the Bang & Olufsen App:

      Sign in to the Bang & Olufsen App

      • Sign up for a Bang & Olufsen account or use one of the alternative login methods.
      • You can skip this step if you're already logged in.

      Add your product



      • Ensure that your product is switched on and ready for setup.
      • Tap the '+' icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
      • Find your product in the overview.
      • Follow the on-screen guide in the Bang & Olufsen App to complete setup of your product.

        If the app is unable to detect your product, please ensure that Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on your device.

        Also make sure to allow the Bang & Olufsen App to search for devices on the local network.

        Go to "Settings", select the "Bang & Olufsen" app and enable "Bluetooth" and "Local Network" or set the permissions for your device to access nearby devices, depending on operative system.
