If you want to remove all your personal settings or are experiencing issues, you can reset Beoplay A9 1st Gen to factory settings as described below:

   Switch on Beoplay A9 1st Gen

   • Connect the included power cable to the mains supply.
   • Once powered on, the connectivity indicator should show solid white, if your device is set up and connected to a network.

   Reset Beoplay A9 1st Gen

   • Remove the socket panel cover.
   • Insert a pin (for example a straightened paper clip) into the 'reset' hole and keep it pressed in for 5-6 seconds.
   • A sound is heard, and the status indicator turns red shortly.
   • When the network indicator starts flashing white and then flashing green, BeoPlay A9 is ready to be set up in a wireless network.
