Please note that products with Google Assistant built-in need to complete the first-time setup in the Google Home app before being able to pair with Bluetooth devices.
On Beosound Balance with Google Assistant built-in, you can initiate Bluetooth pairing with the phrase: “OK Google, pair Bluetooth”. Alternatively, you can use the Google Home app, where you enable pairing mode from the product's Settings menu.
