How do I reset Beoplay A9 2nd Gen to factory settings?
If you want to remove all paired Bluetooth devices or are experiencing issues, you can reset Beoplay A9 2nd Gen to factory settings as described below:
1
Switch on Beoplay A9 2nd Gen
Connect the included power cable to the mains supply.
Once powered on, the connectivity indicator should show solid white, if your device is set up and connected to a network.
2
Reset Beoplay A9 2nd Gen
Remove the socket panel cover.
Insert a pin (for example a straightened paper clip) into the 'reset' hole and keep it pressed in for 10 seconds.
A sound is heard, and the status indicator turns red shortly.
When the network indicator starts flashing white and then turns solid, your Beoplay A9 2nd Gen is ready to be set up in a wireless network.
If the speaker has been set up in the Bang & Olufsen app before, make sure to delete it from the product list before adding it again.
