In order to remove a paired BeoSound Essence Remote from your Beoplay A9 2ng Gen, you must use the Bang & Olufsen App or your computer to enter the REMOTE CONTROLS menu and select the menu REMOVE PAIRED DEVICES.
If you have paired more than one BeoSound Essence Remote, you can identify your remote in the Bang & Olufsen App using the serial number, which appears from the name in the list of remotes.
To reveal the label with the serial number (S/N and an 8-digit number) on BeoSound Essence Remote, detach it from the wall bracket or table stand.
