You may need to change the level for the Line-in sensitivity. This can be done by using the Bang & Olufsen app.
The Bang & Olufsen app is available for download from the App Store and Google Play Store.
Follow the steps below to change the Line-in volume level:
1. Open the Bang & Olufsen app
2. Tap the settings icon in the upper-right corner
3. Tap "Products"
4. Tap "Beosound Edge"
5. Tap "Configure"
6. Tap "Sound"
7. Select "Line-in" and adjust the sensitivity levels to your preference
- High: Can be used with portable music players such as mobile phones
- Medium: Can be used with standard audio equipment and computers
- Low: Can be used with DVD/Blu-ray players.
