My Beolit 12 is unresponsive, what can I do to resolve it?

If your Beolit 12 does not switch on, and the indicator light does not indicate when charging, you can perform a hardware reset.

A hardware reset is triggered by pressing the On/Off button mceclip1.png for 15 seconds. Beolit 12 will reset and will power off.
