In the Service menu, you can update software, download peripheral unit controller (PUC) tables, pair another remote control. It is also possible to make more advanced service settings, however, note that the Advanced menu is primarily intended for the installer and for service use.

PUC tables*

In the PUC Management menu, download or delete peripheral unit controller (PUC) tables or check for updates for tables already downloaded to the television. The peripheral unit controller enables you to operate a connected non-Bang & Olufsen product with the Bang & Olufsen remote control. The peripheral unit controller built into your television "translates" signals from the remote control into signals understood by the connected product. For the "translation" to take place correctly, the appropriate PUC table must be downloaded into the television.

The number of supported products is updated on a regular basis. However, we cannot guarantee that you can find your product in the list.

Download PUC tables

In the Download More menu, you can download PUC tables either online from the Internet or from a connected USB device. The PUC tables enable you to operate non-Bang & Olufsen products with the Bang & Olufsen remote control.

If you have more than one connected USB device, you must first select the desired USB device.

You can search for peripheral units by entering the connected product's name or you can browse for peripheral units by brand name.

If your connected equipment is not in the download list, there is currently no control solution for it and you must select Unsupported Source.
