Can I adjust the speed of the speakers' movement on my Beovision Harmony?

No, but you can enable the option ALWAYS OPEN in the sound menu, which will keep the speakers in the open position. Press blobid2.png, select the Bang & Olufsen TV app, then Sound & Beolink and Sound.
