I cannot see my Beolit 12 in the list of AirPlay devices in iTunes, what can I do?


If you cannot see your Beolit 12 on iTunes, you must:

  • Make sure that Beolit 12 and your computer are in the same network.
  • Switch the network button off and then on.
  • Exit and restart iTunes.

Important! You may not be able to use your workplace computer to set up your Beolit 12, due to security restrictions, including firewall settings and assignment of IP addresses.
