If the app is unable to detect your product, please ensure that Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on your device.
Also make sure to allow the Bang & Olufsen app to search for devices on the local network.
Go to "Settings", select the "Bang & Olufsen" app and enable "Bluetooth" and "Local Network" or set the permissions for your device to access nearby devices, depending on operative system.
