We recommend that you charge the battery using the micro-USB cable or exchange the battery.
Replacing the battery
- Push the slider to open the battery compartment (no need to apply any force).
- Insert the new battery with the charging points pointing inwards or up
- Close the battery lid by locking it using the slider
Note: A charging adapter of a maximum of 5V / 3A can be used to charge your Beoplay H7.
DO NOT attempt to plug your Beoplay H7 flight adapter into a power socket as this may cause serious damage to your headphones
