If you want to remove all paired Bluetooth devices or are experiencing issues while trying to connect, you can reset Beolit 15 to factory settings as described below:

   Fully charge the Beolit 15

   • Connect the included charging cable to the charging port and a charging adapter to a power supply.
   • After charging the Beolit 15 for around 2 hours proceed to the next steps
   
   Note: You can use a charging adapter of a maximum of 15V / 3A to charge your Beolit 15.

   Switch on Beolit 15

   • Switch on your Beolit 15 by short pressing the power button

   Reset Beolit 15

   • Press and hold the Bluetooth and the power buttons simultaneously for more than 3 seconds. 
   
   This resets the speaker to factory settings and the speaker will be in pairing mode when you switch it on.
   
   After resetting you will need to pair your Beolit 15 to your mobile device again. This means that you need to remove Beolit 15 from the list of paired Bluetooth devices on your mobile device before adding them again.
