Remove the socket cover on the back of the hub (SoundHeart) to access the settings menu. You can reset your Beosound Moment to factory settings from the ‘reset’ menu.
If the interface (Jukebox) and hub (soundHeart) are connected, you can also perform a factory reset by pressing the wireless button and the wireless speaker button simultaneously. All light indicators on the back of the hub (SoundHeart) start flashing, and your Beosound Moment is reset to factory settings when the first-time setup screen appears.

Note that if the interface (Jukebox) and hub (SoundHeart) are not connected, pressing the wireless button and the wireless speaker button simply resets the hub (SoundHeart). Once reset, press the triangle and follow the on-screen instructions to connect the interface (Jukebox) to the hub (SoundHeart) again.
