Bang & Olufsen app constantly shows 10% battery for both Left and Right earphone. What can I do?

If the battery indicator for your Beoplay E8 Sport within the Bang & Olufsen app constantly shows 10% for the left and the right earphone, regardless of the charging time, and after removing the earphones from the charging case the Bluetooth pairing mode cannot be activated (Showing only a flashing white light).

This means the left and right earphones have lost connection to each other, and your earphones need to be paired with each other. We recommend following the steps here to do so.
