Where do I find the serial number of my Beosound A1 2nd Gen?

You have different options for finding the serial number:

On a label on the product packaging
On the product page in the Bang & Olufsen app under 'Settings' - 'About'. Please note that Beosound A1 3rd Gen needs to be connected to the app and switched on.
On a label under the aluminium grill: Turn the grill 5 mm anti-clockwise and lift it.
