How do I know which Beoplay H6 variant I have?

The main difference between the first and the second generation of the Beoplay H6 is the headphone cable. The Beoplay H6 1st Gen includes a cable with an aluminium mini jack plug, while the Beoplay H6 2nd Gen includes a cable with a rubber-covered mini-jack plug.
