If your Beoplay A9 3rd Gen is added to the Bang & Olufsen app, you can find the 8-digit serial number under "Product information -> Product settings -> About."

Alternatively, the serial number can be found on a sticker inside the connections panel of the Beoplay A9 3rd Gen or on the packaging.
