You can reset your Beoremote Halo to factory settings in two ways:
- Using the Bang & Olufsen app by selecting your Beoremote Halo and then ‘Product settings’ – ‘Troubleshoot’ – ‘Factory reset’
Press and hold the small reset button for approximately 7.5 seconds until the display turns black. The reset button is found under the front cover. Open the cover by pushing in the right corner just below the screen. The cover will pop out and is then easily removed. Click here for more details.
