You can restart Beoremote Halo as described below:
Press and hold the reset button behind the front cover for 1.5 seconds. A message is shown in the display for 3 seconds, and then Beoremote Halo reboots.
The reset button is found under the front cover. Open the cover by pushing in the right corner just below the screen. The cover will pop out and is then easily removed.
