Can I dock an iPhone/iPod/iPad with the 8-pin connector on my Beoplay A8?

Yes, but first you must:

1. Update the Beoplay A8 software.
2. Replace the dock module with the 8-pin dock module. The 8-pin dock module can be purchased from your nearest Bang & Olufsen retailer.

IMPORTANT - before you mount the new dock module, you must update the Beoplay A8 software in order for the Beoplay A8 to recognise the new dock. Mount and dismount the dock

If you want to replace the dock, you must carefully lift it off.
Insert the enclosed lid to cover the gap.
To remove the lid, you must insert a thin flat-headed instrument, such as a screwdriver, into the hole and detach it. To avoid scratches, a cloth can be wrapped around the instrument while you insert it. Do not use force.
