Can I connect Beoplay M3 to a non-Bang & Olufsen TV or sound system?

Yes, you can connect your TV or sound system to the Line-in socket on Beoplay M3. Note that when connecting to a TV, there is a small sound delay, and therefore sound and image are not completely synchronised. This delay can be disabled/enabled using the Bang & Olufsen app:

  1. Open the Bang & Olufsen app
  2. Tap the "Settings" icon in the upper-right corner
  3. Tap: Settings
  4. Tap "Products"
  5. Tap your Beoplay M3
  6. Tap "Configure"
  7. Tap "Sound"
  8. Select Line-in and tick "Disable Delay"
Note: If the delay is disabled, you cannot distribute sound from the Line-in input in a Beolink Multiroom setup.

To listen to the sound from a TV or sound system connected to Line-in, you must start playback on the connected device for Beoplay M3 to detect the audio signal.
