I cannot see my BeoPlay A8 in the list of AirPlay devices in iTunes, what can I do?

If you cannot see your Beoplay A8 in iTunes, you must:

  • Make sure that Beoplay A8 and your computer are connected to the same network.
  • Switch the network button off and then on.
  • Exit and restart iTunes.
    Important! You may not be able to use your workplace computer to set up your Beoplay A8, due to security restrictions, including firewall settings and assignment of IP addresses.
