A number of factors could be responsible for wireless charging not initiating on Beolit 20.
- Check that your device is compatible with the wireless Qi charging standard.
- Check that Beolit 20 is running the latest software which can be downloaded via the Bang & Olufsen app.
- Check that wireless charging is set to ‘ON’ via the Bang & Olufsen app.
- Ensure your device is placed in the centre indicated by the dotted ring on top of Beolit 20.
If wireless charging still does not start then reset the product by switching the speaker off and on.
Note that when Beolit 20 is playing music with a heavy bass it is possible that your device will move around which may cause it to lose charging connection. Reposition your device back to the centre to reinitiate wireless charging.
