Make sure that both earphones in the charging case. The light indicator will pulse amber to indicate that they are charging.
The charging time is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes.
When Beo Grace are fully charged (100% battery), the light indicator becomes solid green.

Charging the case
Connect the USB-C cable to your charging case and to a power adapter or place it on a wireless charger. The light indicator on the charging case will pulse amber to indicate that they are charging.
The charging time is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes (USB-C) or 2 hours 15 minutes (wireless charger). Please note that the charging time of the case depends on which charging is used.
When the charging case is fully charged (100% battery), the light indicator becomes solid green.
