Where is the force sensor on the Beo Grace earphones?

Use NearTap™ to adjust the volume by quickly tapping near your ear. After two initial taps to activate, each following tap adjusts volume - the right side to increase, left side to decrease. Customise the tap areas in the Bang & Olufsen app.
Below are the default settings – they can be customised in the Bang & Olufsen app.

Note:
If there is no audio in your Beo Grace, e.g. if you answer the call directly on your phone, open the sound mode (speaker selection) on your phone and select the setting that will transfer the call to the Beo Grace.
