You can update the software via the Bang & Olufsen app:
Background updates
When enabled in the app, the update process is seamless and effortless.
If an update is available, it will begin downloading in the background. You can continue using your earphones as usual.
If your switch off the earphones during the download, the update will pause and automatically resume the next time you switch them on and open the app.
Once the download is complete, you receive a notification prompting you to restart and complete the installation.
To ensure updates are downloaded smoothly, keep the app running in the background.

Note: Please do not close the app while updating your earphones and remember to have your mobile device and earphones close to each other. The charging case light indicator will pulse green while the update is in progress. When the indicator turns solid white, Beo Grace are ready for use.
