What does the indicator light on the Beo Grace charging case mean?

The indicator light placed on the Beo Grace charging case shows the status of the product and the battery.

Product status

WhitePulsingOpen for Bluetooth pairing
Solid (5 seconds)Bluetooth pairing successful
Solid (1 second)Switching off
AmberPulsingCharging
Pulsing (15 seconds), then solidFactory reset
GreenPulsingSoftware update in progress - light indicator will turn solid white when update is complete
SolidConnected to power, fully charged
RedSolid (5 seconds)Bluetooth pairing failed

 

Battery status

Press the button on your Beo Grace charging case to check the battery status of the case.
Place the earphones in the case to see their battery status or simply check the app. The colour reflects the following status:

WhiteSolid (5 seconds)More than 2 charges remaining
AmberSolid (5 seconds)1-2 charges remaining
RedSolid (5 seconds)Less than 1 charge remaining

 

Note: 
Beo Grace will automatically go to sleep after 15 minutes when not in use and placed outside the case.
