How do I enable Dolby Atmos on my Windows device?

Below you will find instructions on how to set up Dolby Atmos for Windows 10 and 11.

 

Install Dolby Access

To listen to Dolby Atmos on Windows, you will need to install the Dolby Access app from the Microsoft Store.

Note that some computers come with Dolby Access pre-installed.

Audio settings

  • In Windows, select Start > Settings > System > Sound
     
  • Select your Beo Grace as output device
     
  • Select "Device properties"

  • In the Spatial sound section, select "Dolby Atmos for Headphones" in the drop-down menu.

Audio content app settings

On top of the above settings, ensure that the app you are using to play content is set to output Spatial Audio / Dolby Atmos content.

Not all content is available in Spatial Audio.

 

Beo Grace settings

Ensure that "Immersive" is enabled in the Spatial Audio settings in the Bang & Olufsen app.
