Can I replace the battery in my Beo Grace?

It is not possible to replace the battery in the earphones nor in the charging case.

 

Designed to maintain a compact and ergonomic form factor, Beo Grace incorporate a bespoke advanced battery management system engineered to provide reliable performance over time. Thanks to innovative adaptive charging technology, the battery exceeds previous standards, tested to retain over 80% of its state-of-health after 2,000 charge cycles under ideal testing conditions. This intelligent battery system optimizes each charge to safeguard long-term health and consistent performance within the product’s sealed architecture, ensuring a pure and uninterrupted listening experience.

 

Should you encounter any issues with the battery within the three-year warranty period, we offer a replacement service. If outside of warranty, the battery currently cannot be replaced without risking damage to the product. Please follow our standard return procedure for inspection and support or contact your nearest Bang & Olufsen retailer for further assistance.
