Select the speaker icon in the lower-right corner of the taskbar:
Here you will be able to switch between the two playback profiles:
Headphones and Headset.
Headphones is used for music playback from music apps, such as Spotify, and is not meant for voice calls such as Teams, Zoom or Skype.
Headset is used for voice calls with conference call apps, such as Teams, Zoom or Skype, and is not for meant for music playback.
