Charging the earphones
- Place both earphones in the charging case. The light indicator will flash orange to indicate that they are charging.
- When Beoplay EQ are fully charged (100% battery), the light indicator becomes solid green.
Note: 20 minutes of charge gives up to 2 hours of playtime. The light indicator is only activated when Beoplay EQ are placed in the charging case.
- Place both earphones in the charging case. The light indicator will flash orange to indicate that they are charging.

Charging the case
- Connect the USB-C cable to your charging case and to a power adapter.
The light indicator will flash orange to indicate that they are charging. - The charging time is approximately 2 hours.
- When the charging case is fully charged (100% battery), the light indicator becomes solid green for 5 seconds.
Note: The maximum recommended charging adapter is 5V / 3A.
- Connect the USB-C cable to your charging case and to a power adapter.
