Use the touch field on the left earphone to control the Transparency / ANC on your Beoplay EQ.
You can toggle between ANC – Neutral – Transparency by double tapping on the touch field of the left earphone.
The Transparency and ANC levels can be adjusted in the Bang & Olufsen app, provided that the Beoplay EQ and app are updated to the latest version.
