If the earphones are disconnected from the phone, placed in the charging case, or if you are using just one earphone, the battery level for your earphones will be displayed with this symbol in the app (--%).
Moreover, the battery status of your Beoplay EQ charging case will only be visible for 15 minutes in the app after closing the charging case lid.
