The intuitive controls for your Beoplay EQ let you activate all of your favourite features. These include play/pause, taking calls, and more. Here are the most important features you need to know about.

Play/Pause
- Double tap on the touch field on the right earphone to pause or resume playback.
Next/Previous*
- Triple tap on the touch field on the right earphone to skip to the next track.
- Triple tap on the touch field on the left earphone to go back to the previous track.
Volume control
- Double tap and hold on the touch field on the left or right earphone to either decrease or increase volume.
ANC/Transparency
- Double press on the touch field on the left earphone to switch between ANC – Transparency – Neutral.
