Use the touch field on the left earphone to control transparency. You enable and disable Transparency by double tapping on the touch field, and you can switch between ANC – Transparency – Neutral.
Note: Transparency is disabled when Beoplay EQ are switched on.
The Transparency level can be adjusted in the Bang & Olufsen app, provided that the Beoplay EQ and the app are updated to the latest version.
