I can no longer use Beoremote One to control my Beovision Eclipse 2nd Gen. What can I do?


Screen software version 03.20.12 unfortunately causes the connection between Beoremote One and Beovision Eclipse 2nd Gen to be lost. A software update resolving this issue has been released.
Please use the Bang & Olufsen app to ensure that your Beovision Eclipse 2nd Gen is set to install updates automatically and that it is connected to the Internet.
